Job summary

Jobgether on behalf of a partner company seeks a Business Systems Developer based in India to build and support integrations connecting CRM, ERP, HR, IT service, and cloud environments.

You will design scalable data movement solutions, develop RESTful APIs, and work with middleware/ETL platforms such as MuleSoft, Jitterbit, and Workato in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional experience developing and supporting integrations between enterprise applications and data platforms.
• Strong programming experience with object-oriented languages such as Java and/or Apex.
• Hands-on scripting experience with Python and/or JavaScript.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and a solid understanding of relational database concepts.
• Practical experience designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Experience working with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, ServiceNow, or comparable business systems.
• Experience supporting data synchronization, integration services, enterprise workflows, and related business processes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate complex integration issues systematically.
• Experience with ETL/ELT processes, middleware platforms, or integration frameworks such as MuleSoft, Jitterbit, Workato, or similar tools is preferred.
• Working knowledge of AWS, Databricks, and Snowflake is an advantage.
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures, messaging systems, or streaming technologies such as Kafka is a plus.
• Understanding of CRM, ERP, HRIS, and broader business process workflows.
• Experience working within Agile software development environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
