Technically lead the technology and product development strategy in the areas of DC grids, distribution network, and energy storage solutions. Introducing disruptive ideas to R&D operations and initiate technology and product development setup. Participate in intellectual property evaluations and development of patent applications. Prepare technical specifications and specifying laboratory test equipment and processes. Your Background:

Required master’s or PhD in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Software, or related fields) extensive experience (+15 years) in technology and product development domain from ideation and team setup to market introduction and lifecycle management. Deep knowledge of power systems and control, with experience in one or more application areas such as industry, transport, or distribution grids related to energy transition. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse interests and agendas. Experience in devising research methods for future technical direction and future scenarios in transforming technology landscape. Ability to communicate with and influence executive leadership to accept practices, approaches, and procedures. Experience in leading professionals to exercise latitude and independence in assignments.
