IN10 Electrolux India Private Limited is seeking a SAP-focused analyst to bridge the sales team with IT programs including D2C and B2B initiatives. The role involves implementing applications, documenting requirements, and delivering cost-effective IT solutions across SAP modules.

You will collaborate with cross-cultural teams, manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and travel or relocate if needed to support global programs. Strong English is essential.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of SAP SD configuration (SOM, Pricing, Billing) or equivalent experience in SAP MM/WM/FI.
• Experience gathering functional requirements from end users for applications.
• Familiar with OSS notes and related SAP touchpoints (FI/CO/LE/WM/PI).

• Represent the sales team in programs like D2C, B2B, Aftermarket, Manufacturing and business transformation.
• Participate in application implementation projects.
• Propose business process driven IT solutions with cost effectiveness.
• Analyze scope with PMs and sponsors to define effort for IT projects.
• Create presentations on analysis, design and solutions and communicate clearly.
• Maintain ongoing internal and external stakeholder interactions.
• Keep up to date with process excellence practices.

What you'll do:

• Using your expertise in representing the entire sales team towards business programs such as D2C Sales, B2B Sales, Aftermarket, Manufacturing, business transformation.
• Participate in application implementation projects.
• In cooperation with the business, propose business process driven IT solutions with high operational and cost effectiveness, where applicable.
• Analyze and scope the area of analysis, working with project managers and business sponsors to clarify the level and complexity of the business analysis effort needed for IT related projects.
• Produce presentations on analysis, design, and solutions, communicate them in a professional way.
• Maintain continuous business and internal team interaction and relationships.
• Keep up to date knowledge on external and internal process excellence.

Qualifications:

• Detailed knowledge & configuration of SAP SD applications and principles (SOM, Pricing, Billing), or proven equivalent experience in other SAP modules (e.g. MM, WM, FI) and willingness to expand knowledge of SD.
• Experience in working with application end users to determine and document functional requirements for application software and database.
• Good understanding of touchpoints into related SAP modules (e.g. FI, CO, LE, WM, PI) Familiar in searching for OSS notes etc.
• Familiar with multiple database systems and software development processes.
• Experience in writing technical & functional documentation.
• Strong ABAP reading/debugging skills.
• Familiar with SAP Contact Center.
• Clear communicator in both verbal and written communications – both at technical level and business level.
• Very good command of English.

Where you'll be:

You will be based at Electrolux office in Stockholm, Sweden. Alternative location is Kraków, Poland.
