Job description

Responsibilities

• Preparing and analyzing profitability statements for wholesale banking segments viz. Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, SME etc
• Engage on product profitability with various product groups such as Corporate Finance, Trade Services, Treasury etc.
• Preparing & analyzing trends on Business performance across products / teams / geography with definitive suggestions for Management decision making
• Prepare Budgets for the Bank in co-ordination with various business units and support functions and analyzing variance of actual performance against the budgets.
• Prepare & present various analysis impacting wholesale banking segments for the perusal of stakeholders on a periodic basis.

Qualifications

• Preferred Qualification of CA with 5-6 years experience in a professional business environment preferably in a bank
• Conceptual & hands on working experience of wholesale banking MIS/Analytics
• Understanding & experience on bank level Budgeting and variance analysis
• Experience on profitability analysis of Banking products in Corporate Lending, Trade Services, Treasury etc
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access & exposure to MIS automation needs etc.
• Proficiency in providing accurate information with insights in a fast-paced & decision centric environment.
• Good communication and presentation skills
