About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-oriented professional to work closely with senior leadership across business operations, finance, strategy, and strategic projects.

The ideal candidate can take an ambiguous idea from leadership, structure the problem, analyze it, build a plan, and drive it through execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
• QuickBooks, bookkeeping coordination, and monthly close
• Financial modeling, cash flow, profitability, and margin analysis
• Design and improve business workflows and processes
• Own strategic projects from problem identification to execution
• Build dashboards, reports, presentations, and operating processes
• Support venture/private-market/SPV activities including diligence, modeling, valuation, and reporting
• Coordinate with internal teams and external advisers

Requirements
