Job summary

Crowe Capability Center – India is seeking a Business Operations Manager to be based in Hyderabad or Noida, responsible for managing key operational activities and driving efficiency in support of the Consulting GCC team.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5–8+ years in operations, with strong analytical, communication, and project coordination skills to lead initiatives, governance, and reporting while guiding junior staff within Crowe’s values.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate core business operations activities to support the objectives of an aligned business unit or department.
• Lead execution of operational initiatives across areas such as talent development, talent acquisition support, risk management, quality assurance, and reporting.
• Oversee preparation and analysis of operational and financial reporting, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for leadership.
• Partner with business leaders to support workforce planning, resource coordination, and organizational changes.
• Coordinate and manage operational projects from initiation through completion, ensuring scope, timelines, and deliverables are met.
• Support compliance with policies, procedures, and operational standards; including risk mitigation.
• Develop, implement, and refine operational processes, tools, templates, and metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support development and execution of communications and change initiatives to align stakeholders and reduce duplication.
• Serve as a point of escalation for operational issues and support resolution in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and informal leadership to junior operations staff as applicable.

Overview About The Role

The Business Operations Manager is responsible for managing and executing key operational activities in support of an aligned business unit or delivery unit. The Business Operations Manager partners closely with business leaders and operations leadership to ensure efficient operations, compliance with firm policies, and continuous improvement aligned to strategic objectives.

Consulting Operations

This role is located in either the Hyderabad or Noida office and aligns with the Consulting Business Unit. The manager will focus on advancing operational support to India team members and execute various processes specific to in-country team members, including:

• Expense and in-country travel approval; coordinated travel to US, when applicable
• Serve as the liaison between Consulting leaders and in-country experienced Talent Acquisition team
• Coordinate and execute the onboarding activities specific to Consulting for in-country team members for both campus and experienced hires
• Serve as the manager of campus related processes in coordination with Talent Acquisition, Consulting leadership and operations; including establishment of campus goals, attending campus events (as needed), running the Consulting 101 onboarding sessions, managing the offer process and conversion of interns to full-time employees
• Develop and provide regular reporting on activities within the Consulting GCC team
• Prepare various financial analysis and reporting for business insights for the GCC and across Consulting
• Support Consulting GCC representatives in collaboration with Consulting operations
