Qualifications

• Working knowledge of LLM/AI tools for scalable analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive support to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentations, and business analysis.
• Organize information strategically with strong design sense using Excel and PowerPoint techniques.
• Create wireframes and mock-ups for management presentations, reports, and dashboards.
• Communicate with business partners to understand projects and drive next steps.
• Support audit, regulatory and compliance deliverables within Risk Control Self-Assessment framework.
• Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls and strategy sessions.
• Collect and maintain internal resources on collaboration sites (e.g., SharePoint).
• Participate in cross-team initiatives to improve processes and add value.
• Translate business questions into structured analysis and concise executive-ready insights.

Business Management - IPB CLIENT SERVICE - Analyst Build your career in Business Management while working in the world's most innovative bank which values creativity and excellence. As an Analyst in Business Management - IPB Client Service, you will optimize business performance by helping to promote key initiatives and act as a trusted advisor and counterweight to Business/Group Heads.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis
• Organize complex information in a strategic and compelling way, demonstrating strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques.
• Create wireframes and mock-ups quickly and iteratively for management presentations, reports, and dashboards
• Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and drive next steps
• Support audit, regulatory and compliance deliverables; help with specific action plans and deliverables within the Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) framework
• Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls, employee recognition, and strategy working sessions
• Collect and maintain internal resources and documentation on collaboration sites, like SharePoint
• Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes
• Translate business questions into structured analysis (hypotheses, data needs, queries) and summarize insights into concise executive-ready materials (slides / written updates).
• Conduct data-driven analysis to identify and size the highest-impact digital opportunities across regions, using multiple datasets, basic machine learning techniques, and LLM/AI tools to produce clear, actionable next steps via reporting.
• Partner with data, digital, and regional stakeholders to clarify the business question, define the dataset needed, and convert insights into actions.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related area
• Proven experience delivering timely, high quality presentations and/or reporting for various projects and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail is a must with continuous focus on design excellence
• Excellent organization and project management skills
• Ability to articulate and demonstrate thoughtful rationale in design decisions
• Intermediate-level ability expected in all MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables)
• Working knowledge of LLM/AI tools to support analysis at scale-able to use LLM to build/run python queries and validate outputs before sharing insights.
• Self-motivated, tenacious and able to work with high degree of independence
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Highly motivated self-starter with excellent time management/prioritization skills
