Job summary

Davengers is seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer (FTC) in Bengaluru to turn data into actionable insights. You will build analytical solutions, create dashboards, and present findings to stakeholders to drive cross-border initiatives and customer experience improvements.

The role requires strong experience with data tools, scripting, and statistics, plus the ability to translate complex data into clear business actions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc.
• Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools.
• Experience with one or more analytics visualization tools and statistical methods.
• Experience with scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, or R).

Business Intelligence Engineer (FTC), Davengers

We require a BIE who will help us make effective decisions based on data from multiple sources, compiling it and triangulating it into a digestible and actionable format.

The BIE will use reports to analyze data, make sense of the results and be able to explain what it all means to key stakeholders. This individual will analyze large amounts of data, discover and solve real world problems and build metrics and business cases around key performance of this program. The candidate will use a customer backwards approach in deriving insights and identifying actions we can take to improve the customer experience and conversion for the program.

Day to Day analytical solution building for Cross Border

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience
• Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
• Experience with one or more industry analytics visualization tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau, QuickSight, MicroStrategy, PowerBI) and statistical methods (e.g. t-test, Chi-squared)
• Experience with scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, or R)

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree, or Advanced technical degree
• Knowledge of data modeling and data pipeline design
• Experience with statistical analysis, co-relation analysis
