Role Objective
To lead, scale, and own the RadarOpus business end-to-end — strategy, revenue, product direction, partnerships, team leadership, and brand positioning — and establish RadarOpus as the undisputed operating system for modern homeopathic practice in India and global markets.
This is a P&L leadership role, not a functional or execution-only position.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Ownership & Strategy
- Own the overall business performance of RadarOpus including revenue, growth targets, profitability, and market expansion.
- Define short-term and long-term growth strategy across India and international markets.
- Identify new revenue streams: subscriptions, institutional sales, academies, upgrades, integrations, and enterprise licensing.
- Build a scalable business model aligned with the future of digital homeopathy.
2. Product & Vision Leadership
- Work closely with the tech and product teams to define the product roadmap based on practitioner needs and market trends.
- Ensure RadarOpus remains clinically relevant, technologically superior, and easy to adopt.
- Balance innovation with stability — upgrades without disrupting practicing doctors.
- Champion user feedback and convert insights into product improvements.
3. Sales, Marketing & Distribution Oversight
- Lead national and regional sales strategy (direct sales, partners, institutions, colleges, clinics).
- Guide marketing and PR teams on positioning, messaging, and thought leadership (without being the executor).
- Drive adoption through conferences, academic tie-ups, opinion leaders, and ecosystem partnerships.
- Ensure alignment between sales promises, product delivery, and customer experience.
4. Ecosystem & Key Relationships
- Build long-term relationships with leading homeopaths, educators, institutions, and associations.
- Establish RadarOpus as a trusted clinical partner, not just a software vendor.
- Lead strategic collaborations with colleges, hospitals, chains, and international bodies.
- Act as the senior face of RadarOpus where leadership presence is required.
5. Team Leadership & Culture
- Build and lead cross-functional teams: sales, marketing, product, support, and training.
- Set clear KRAs, accountability structures, and performance metrics.
- Develop second-line leadership and reduce dependency on founder-led execution.
- Create a culture of ownership, professionalism, and long-term thinking.
6. Governance, Reporting & Alignment
- Report directly to Group Leadership.
- Track performance dashboards, customer metrics, churn, upgrades, and lifetime value.
- Ensure ethical marketing, clinical integrity, and brand consistency.
- Maintain alignment with the larger BJain Group legacy and vision.
