Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking a Business Function Design Architect to innovate and design business processes, focusing on KPIs and process blueprints. You will collaborate with process owners to drive efficiency and participate in quality management reviews to ensure designs meet requirements.

You will educate stakeholders to foster understanding, lead SME initiatives, facilitate workshops, and analyze existing processes to identify improvements.

Innovate and design function business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet business process and function requirements. Work closely with the business process owners to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive process efficiency. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.
