Job summary

Zetwerk, Bengaluru, seeks a qualified CA or CMA to steer business finance, FP&A, and cost controlling across our solar manufacturing operations. You will lead monthly and annual reporting, build robust financial models, and partner with leaders to drive pricing, cost reduction, and capital decisions.

You will monitor performance against budgets, manage cash flow, liquidity metrics, and working capital, and collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA or CMA with minimum 3 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A, and Cost Controlling preferably in Solar manufacturing industries.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, financial reporting tools.
• High integrity, ethical standards and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Develop detailed financial models to aid pricing, cost reduction, and capex decisions.

• Leading the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with company policies for our portfolio of businesses.
• Developing detailed financial models for business operations, assisting in pricing, cost reduction initiatives, and capital investment decisions.
• Monitoring actual financial performance against budget and forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Evaluating business performance by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, gross margin, and operating income.
• Ensuring all financial reporting and processes are following applicable accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Working with the internal audit team to maintain robust internal controls and identify areas for improvement.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.
• Leading financial strategy for the organization and aligning it with overall business goals and overseeing financial planning processes, guiding business leaders in setting financial goals.
• Analysing cost structures and identifying opportunities for profitability improvement and managing financial risks by employing robust cost-control measures and identifying inefficiencies.
• Own monthly cash flow monitoring and working capital optimization, driving improvements in liquidity position, DSO/DPO metrics, and overall capital efficiency.
