CocoGlow AMDI Foods India Private Limited offers a 6-month internship in marketing, based in Pune with hybrid work arrangements. You will assist with social media, content creation, and sales support while gaining hands-on brand-building experience.

About CocoGlow

CocoGlow is a growing consumer brand bringing traditionally crafted oils to modern homes. Built on purity, trust, and value for money, we help customers make informed choices about the oils they use every day.

We are looking for creative, resourceful, and proactive interns who want hands‑on experience in building a consumer brand while working closely with the founder and team.

About the Role

You will support competitor research, social media, content creation, video editing, digital advertising, marketplace marketing, and sales. This role suits someone who enjoys both creative work and analysing results.

You do not need to know everything on day one. We value initiative, responsibility, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market and Competitor Research
   • Research competing brands across websites, search engines, social media, marketplaces, and other relevant media.
   • Compare products, pricing, packaging, offers, positioning, advertisements, and content strategies.
   • Review customer feedback and present actionable insights for CocoGlow.
2. Social Media and Content Writing
   • Help plan content calendars and create posts, captions, reels, stories, video scripts, product descriptions, and promotional copy.
   • Develop ideas for educational content, product demonstrations, founder stories, and behind‑the‑scenes updates.
   • Support publishing, audience engagement, and responses using approved brand information.
   • Check content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency. Seek approval for health, nutrition, or product‑performance claims.
3. Design and Video Editing
   • Create graphics, carousels, stories, and promotional creatives using Canva or similar tools.
   • Assist with product photography and video shoots.
   • Edit short videos and reels with subtitles, text overlays, transitions, and suitable audio.
   • Maintain consistency with CocoGlow's brand identity.
4. Advertising and Marketplace Marketing
   • Assist with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and marketplace campaigns under team guidance.
   • Support audience and keyword research, ad copy, and creative preparation.
   • Help improve marketplace product titles, descriptions, images, and promotional content.
   • Track reach, clicks, enquiries, conversions, and advertising spend.
   • Maintain reports and recommend improvements. Follow approval processes for campaign launches and budgets.
5. Sales and Business Development
   • Identify potential customers, retailers, distributors, and business partners.
   • Maintain lead lists and support outreach, product presentations, enquiries, and follow‑ups.
   • Collect customer feedback and assist with promotional events or sampling activities when required and agreed.
6. Reporting and Teamwork
   • Maintain research summaries, content calendars, campaign trackers, and lead records.
   • Share progress updates, meet deadlines, and collaborate with the founder and team.
   • Apply feedback to improve your work.

Who Can Apply

• Are pursuing or have recently completed a course in marketing, business, communications, media, or a related field. Other backgrounds with relevant skills are welcome.
• Can join immediately, commit to six months, and attend in‑person work in Akurdi, Pune, as required under the hybrid arrangement.
• Have good communication, research, and writing skills.
• Have basic knowledge of Canva, a video‑editing tool, and Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
• Are organised, dependable, curious, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks.
• Enjoy content creation, customer engagement, and working in a startup.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, marketplace marketing, photography, or sales outreach is an advantage. College projects, freelance work, personal social media pages, and portfolios will also be considered.
