AVEVA in Mumbai, India is seeking a Business Development Manager for Simulation to drive pipeline and revenue across the Simulation portfolio.

You will work with cross-functional teams, develop strategic relationships with C-level executives, and own demand generation in a hybrid/remote setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in business development or account management in a technology environment.
• Minimum 5 years in business technical sales or consulting.
• Significant experience in process modelling, simulation and optimization.

The overall objectives of this role are to:

• Meet and exceed the desired pipeline quota based on Simulation.
• Meet or exceed the assigned sales quota based on Simulation portfolio.
• Provide domain expertise in one or more of the following areas:

Essential requirements

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development or account management in a technology environment
• A minimum 5 years’ experience in business technical sales or consulting
• Significant technical sales or operational experience in the field of process modelling, simulation and optimization.
• Operations technology and enterprise software understanding and experience
• Degree in engineering science discipline
