About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive business growth through client acquisition and project contract wins across multiple technology domains. The ideal candidate will identify key decision-makers, build long-term relationships, negotiate contracts, and generate revenue by onboarding new clients for technology services and IT contract staffing.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients across industries for IT staffing and project contract opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads through various channels such as LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and partnerships.
- Engage with key decision-makers (CTOs, Directors, Hiring Managers, Procurement Heads, etc.) to understand business requirements and position relevant technology solutions or staffing services.
- Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements to successfully close new business deals.
- Collaborate with internal delivery and recruitment teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and project execution.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline, track progress, and report performance against monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain lasting business relationships to promote repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition in IT services or staffing.
- Strong understanding of technology domains such as Software Development, Mobile Apps, Cloud, Salesforce, and Data Analytics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to identify and engage decision-makers at all business levels.
- Self‑motivated individual with a results-oriented mindset and strong closing capability.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales performance tracking.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Prior experience in contract staffing, technology consulting, or outsourcing sales.
- Existing client base or market network will be an added advantage.
