  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prepare, review, and submit high-quality bid proposals.
  • Monitor project milestones, risks, and deliverables throughout all lifecycle stages.
  • Partner with sales teams and product specialists to align project goals with broader sales and business strategies.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination to ensure tender readiness and smooth post-award execution.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, opportunities, and competitor activity.
  • Provide data-driven insights to shape tender strategies and business development roadmaps.
  • Stay abreast of government procurement policies, GeM processes, and regulatory updates.
  • Lead strategic planning for tender bids and pipeline management.
  • Support post-tender activities including contract administration, performance tracking, and evaluation.
