• Should be comfortable with field work.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, and activate Life Insurance Advisors as per defined hiring guidelines.
• Drive sales through advisor productivity and regular joint field work (JFW).
• Deliver business targets (Issued Business, AP, Productivity, Activation).
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and motivation to advisors.
• Ensure adherence to HDFC Life processes, compliance, and quality parameters.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and advisors to ensure long-term business sustainability.
• Monitor team performance through daily reporting and structured reviews.
• Execute local promotional activities and market development initiatives.
