Role Summary

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Business Development Manager (Female) to lead client acquisition and relationship development in the surfaces industry. The candidate must come from a strong background in ceramics, tiles, marble, stone, or sanitaryware and should have extensive experience engaging with architects and interior designers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new business development in the premium quartz/stone industry
  • Build and nurture partnerships with architects, interior designers, and premium retail clients
  • Manage project-based sales and lead generation through kitchen installers and B2B networks
  • Set regional sales targets and strategize to achieve them
  • Oversee product displays and sample placements at key client locations
  • Coordinate with the factory for logistics, dispatch, and payment follow-ups
  • Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's or Masters in Business Administration or related field
  • Must have prior experience in the Ceramic / Tiles / Stone / Sanitaryware industry (preferably with premium or big brands)
  • Owns a two-wheeler or four-wheeler for travel
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities
