Job Description
1. Client Acquisition & Lead Generation
- Identify potential clients through market research, networking, referrals, job boards, and industry events.
- Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings.
- Understand hiring patterns, industry verticals, and decision-making structures to target the right stakeholders.
2. Understanding Client Needs
- Conduct requirement-gathering discussions with HR leaders and hiring managers.
- Understand workforce challenges, workforce planning, volume hiring needs, niche skills, and timelines.
- Customize recruitment solutions based on client expectations and business challenges.
3. Solution Selling
- Pitch staffing offerings: permanent recruitment, contractual staffing, managed services, and RPO.
- Create proposals, capability decks, commercials, and SLAs.
- Provide market insights, cost benchmarking, and talent availability analysis.
4. Negotiation & Deal Closure
- Negotiate terms such as fees, replacement period, contract margins, billing cycles, and TAT.
- Finalize service agreements, NDAs, and MSAs.
- Close deals and ensure successful onboarding of clients.
5. Relationship Management & Account Growth
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ensure delivery teams meet client expectations.
- Identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities such as:
- Additional roles
- New business units
- Contract staffing opportunities
- Project-based hiring
