Manage outbound and inbound calls with international clients related tomedicare, dme, and genetic testing services, effectively generating andconverting leads. Build and maintain robust business relationships while identifying newopportunities for expansion and revenue growth. Provide consultative solutions tailored to client healthcare needs and facilitatesmooth processing of orders. Accurately maintain records of client communication, follow-up activities, anddeal closures using crm tools. Consistently meet or exceed performance targets in sales, conversions, andcustomer satisfaction, qualifying for monthly incentive plans.
