Role & responsibilities
  • Identify and reach out to marketing and brand managers in target industries.
  • Conduct structured outreach via LinkedIn, email, and networking platforms.
  • Fix and attend client meetings (alongside senior management when required).
  • Present the companys marketing solutions and understand client requirements.
  • Maintain updated lead pipelines and follow-up records using CRM/Excel.
  • Contribute to proposal preparation and client presentations.
Preferred candidate profile
  • Education: Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred for Manager role).
  • Experience: 02 years (Executive) / 35 years (Manager) in business development, client servicing, or marketing agency roles, Preferably dealing in B2B marketing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (English proficiency essential).
  • Confident personality with strong interpersonal and networking abilities.
  • Professional grooming and willingness to attend client meetings regularly.
  • Proactive, organized, and results-driven mindset.
