Customer Relationship Management
- Act as a key point of contact for existing and potential clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention through effective communication and timely resolution of issues.
Product Promotion and Marketing
- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote Ascolites construction chemical products.
Reporting and Forecasting
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities.
- Forecast sales targets and contribute to the budgeting process.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development and sales within the construction chemicals industry.
- Strong technical understanding of construction materials and chemicals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
