Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and oversee the overall business development strategy.
• Should have worked on Up-work or Freelancer.
• Experience in handling international clients from the US, Australia, and the UK.
• Must be proficient in following up with clients.
• Become the communication link between the development team & clients.
• Generate business through online freelancing portals.
• Write proposals for projects without grammatical mistakes.
• Setup portfolios on websites and get projects through these websites.
• Good knowledge of IT Services and experience in Sales and Marketing is a must.
• Lead Generation through other social media platforms, like Facebook and Indeed.
• Requirements Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in the IT Industry.
• Prior experience in handling targets.
