Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across B2B, B2C, and Government segments.
  • Handle B2B sales by approaching schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and corporate clients for EdTech and AV solutions.
  • Manage B2C sales by engaging with parents, students, and individual customers for digital learning products and services.
  • Execute Government sales by participating in tenders, coordinating with government schools, departments, and public sector institutions.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, networking, and digital outreach.
  • Conduct product presentations and demos for decision-makers such as principals, directors, and procurement heads.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure long-term business growth.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender documents as per client requirements.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across all categories.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technical teams for smooth project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
