Position Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Intern who is curious, proactive, and eager to build a career in the learning & development (l&d) and corporate coaching space. This internship offers hands‑on exposure to B2B sales, market research, and client engagement while working in a purpose‑driven, fast‑growing organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify potential enterprise clients, industries, and market opportunities.
  • Support outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Join virtual meetings, product demos, and discussions with senior team members.
  • Maintain lead databases, CRM entries, and weekly sales trackers.
  • Stay updated on trends in l&d, HR tech, coaching, and workplace well‑being.
Required Qualifications
  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in sales, business development, HR, or the learning industry.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Curiosity, willingness to learn, and strong ownership mindset.
  • Self‑driven, reliable, and open to feedback. (Any prior internship/exposure to sales, BD, HR, or l&d is a plus but not mandatory.)
