About the Role:

The Business Development Associate (Education Sales) acts as the first point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through the enrollment process with empathy and insight. The role involves understanding students’ academic and financial goals, helping them choose suitable programs, and ensuring successful enrollments. This is a revenue-generating role that requires balancing relationship-building with business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct targeted research and outreach to identify and engage prospective students.
  • Own the complete student acquisition journey—from initial contact to successful enrollment.
  • Counsel students effectively to understand their aspirations and match them with the right programs.
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups, nurture leads, and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize processes to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Admissions and Student Services) to ensure a smooth post-enrollment experience.
