As a Business Development Manager, you will identify opportunities across defense, PSUs, avionics, radar, and aerospace domains. The role involves analysing government tenders, coordinating with technical and sales teams, visiting client locations, and developing long-term relationships with decision-makers in government and public sector organisations. You will provide market insights, represent the organisation at industry events, and ensure compliance with government bidding processes, including GeM and eProcurement platforms. The position requires extensive travel across North India and a strong understanding of defense procurement policies.
