Job summary

EY India is seeking a Manager in Bangalore for TMT CNS BC FINANCE to drive finance transformation initiatives and support GCC setup engagements. Your key responsibilities

• Technical Excellence
• Strong experience in finance transformation initiatives, including process redesign, operating model improvement, and value-led change programs.
• Proven ability to support GCC setup engagements with focus on finance function design, transition planning, and implementation readiness.
• Solid consulting foundation to assess current-state finance processes, identify gaps, and develop practical target-state solutions.
• Hands-on capability in preparing business cases, solution recommendations, and execution plans for finance-related transformation programs.
• Ability to apply general consulting skills to structure analyses, manage deliverables, and contribute to finance consulting engagements effectively.

Skills and attributes

• To qualify for the role you must have Qualification Master of Business Administration Experience Financial Analysis (3+ years)
