Purpose of the Role

I run multiple small businesses and am building internal automation systems before offering automation services to other small businesses.

I am looking for someone who enjoys bringing clarity to unclear processes, completing work end-to-end, and building simple automation systems that are actually used on the ground.

This role strongly values completion, reliability, and follow-through over speed or complexity.

What Success Looks Like in This Role

Tasks move from unclear to clearly defined
Systems are implemented and used consistently
Nothing important depends on memory or repeated follow-ups
Work that is started is documented and closed

Key Responsibilities

SOP and Process Clarity

  • Understand existing workflows across businesses
  • Convert them into clear, step-by-step SOPs
  • Remove ambiguity and assumptions
  • Ensure SOPs can be followed without verbal explanation

Automation of Repeated Tasks

  • Identify daily and weekly repeated tasks
  • Decide what should and should not be automated
  • Build simple, reliable automations
  • Ensure automations run consistently

Follow-up and Closure Systems

  • Create systems to assign tasks and track completion
  • Build reminders and escalation workflows
  • Reduce dependency on manual follow-ups

Documentation and Handover

  • Document every SOP and automation clearly
  • Maintain trackers or dashboards
  • Ensure work can be handed over without confusion
