Job summary

NR Consulting in Hyderabad seeks a Business Architect to identify opportunities to deliver measurable business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining technology-enabled solutions. You will translate business needs into operating models, support transformation with strong business cases, and guide key initiatives through implementation.

Minimum 7.5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional and 15 years of full-time

• Well versed with Demand planning & forecasting, Master planning modules and knowledge of process & lean manufacturing. Knowledge of Warehousing and SCM is added advantage. Strong communication skills as it involves interaction with onshore and client
• Expected to be SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.
• Drive the adoption of best practices and standards within the team to enhance efficiency and quality of deliverables.
