Accenture PLC in Pune is seeking a Business Architect to identify opportunities that deliver measurable business value. You will capture high-level requirements, shape ERP solutions, and guide transformation programs to align with strategic goals.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, developing business cases, and ensuring successful implementation of key initiatives within SAP DRC and S/4HANA contexts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Document and Reporting Compliance.
• Minimum 1 E2E implementation project in S/4HANA Accounting.
• 5-6 years of overall finance functional experience.
• Understanding of E2E Finance processes, GAP analysis, and blueprinting.
• Exposure to Localization/E-Invoicing/Taxation and related tax scenarios.

Project Role : Business Architect

Project Role Description : Identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models. Support transformation by developing business cases and guiding implementation of key initiatives.

Summary: As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable value to the business by thoroughly evaluating the existing environment. This role requires capturing high-level requirements and shaping effective business solutions that align with organizational goals. The Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, the role supports transformational efforts by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Deep business process functional expertise. Developing E2E business process ,understanding the country specific statutory requirement, flow documentation based on discussion with business and requirement analysis.
• Good team player and be able to lead a team to deliver activities efficiently and effectively.
• Able to handle cross functional team s communication / co-ordination.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Minimum 1 E2E implementation projects exp in S/4HANA Accounting and good Finance functional expertise with 5-6 years of functional experience.
• Should have understanding of E2E Finance business processes, Business process analysis and study Gap Identification, Business Blueprint, Process Mapping, Configuration, Functional and Technical Specifications Document, Test Case Document, Training Presentation, Conf Guide and User Manual
• Good understanding of Document & Reporting Compliance (DRC) and hands on experience in E2E implementation of DRC Statutory Reports /E-Invoicing.
• Exposure to Localization or Country Specific Solutions-E-Invoicing/Taxation and well versed with taxation scenarios
• Experience in DRC Report extensibility is added advantage.
• Testing the system and its extensions or modifications
• Experience and knowledge in Taxes on Sales/Purchases Withholding taxation, Month end process is must.
• SAP S/4 HANA certified will be an added advantage.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Document and Reporting Compliance.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
