Job summary

• Data-driven decisioning: Pull, clean, and analyze data (CRM, campaign, credit/bureau) to build segments/cohorts and drive marketing/business decisions
• Reporting & insights: Track performance metrics, build dashboards, and turn analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders
• AI-assisted execution: Use AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude, Copilot, etc.) to accelerate SQL/Python analysis, automate repetitive reporting, and speed up ad hoc requests
• Cross-functional support: Partner with marketing, product, and tech teams to scope data needs and present findings
