Citi in Bengaluru is seeking a Business Analytics Analyst 2 to join the Fraud Analytics team. The role focuses on leveraging data to identify fraud trends and design strategies to prevent and mitigate attacks across the fraud lifecycle, collaborating with policy, operations and technology teams.
You will deliver regular MIS reports and dashboards, manage fraud rules and detection strategies, and work in a fast-paced environment using SAS/SQL, R or Python and Tableau for visualization.

Citi is looking for an energetic, motivated professional to join its Fraud Analytics team as a Business Analytics Analyst 2. As part of the Global Fraud Analytics team, this role manages and executes the fraud analytics and strategies supporting Citi’s North American Retail Bank business. This includes leveraging data to identify fraud trends, designing and implementing strategies to prevent and mitigate fraud attacks across the fraud lifecycle, including application and synthetic ID fraud, account takeover and sophisticated new attack schemes. This role partners closely with Senior stakeholders, Fraud Policy, Fraud Operations and technology teams in order to determine potential and existing fraud impacts and implement the strategic interventions.
