Job summary

Sopra Steria, a leading European tech services group, seeks an experienced Business Analyst to join our Bengaluru team. The role focuses on gathering requirements, defining functional specs, and ensuring quality through testing and data analysis.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear use cases and actionable stories. The ideal candidate has engineering background with 6–8 years of BA experience, knowledge of JIRA/Confluence, and familiarity with AWS

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–8 years of total experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
• Experience in writing Use Cases and functional requirements.
• Knowledge of testing (technical and business) and data analysis.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence and Agile tools.
• CBAP or CCBA certification is a plus.

• Engg Graduate with minimum 6 to 8 years (max) of total experience as Business Analyst
