Job summary

Ventra Health is seeking a Program Management Analyst to support the design, implementation, and management of new business systems and processes used by Ventra stakeholders.

You will gather information, develop system requirements and mockups for key workflows and dashboards, coordinate with vendor teams, and manage change and governance processes across projects.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s or equivalent training.
• At least three (3) years of Business Analyst experience in a high-performing reporting team.
• One to two (1-2) years of computer support experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of Monday.com or equivalent ticketing platform (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of healthcare reporting, analytics and business reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Gather information and develop system requirements and mockups for key workflows.
• Develop system requirements and mockups for reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with vendor teams to design rule-based workflows, automation, and dashboards.
• Understand business processes and produce process flow diagrams.
• Triages and resolves system-related questions and issues; support governance meetings.
• Coordinate testing for system changes and move to production; manage escalations.
• Adapt configurations based on business needs and maintain transparency of reporting.
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

Essential Functions and Tasks

• Work with the business to gather information and developsystemrequirements and mockups forkeyworkflows

• Work with vendor teams toassistin the design andbuildofrule-basedworkflows, automation,reporting packages, and dashboards

• Understand business processes and produce process flow diagrams

• Liaise with the business to help understand and answersystemrelated questionsandtroubleshootissues

• Prioritizeand manage asignificant volume of escalation inflow, ensuring issues are triaged,routedand resolvedin a timely manner

• Manage reporting and dashboards to ensure continuous transparency to stakeholders at various levels

• Adapt system configurationsbased onidentifiedbusiness needs

• Coordinate testing scenarios for system changes and enhancements and work with teams to move changes to production

• Ensure proper change management for system changes as well at attend Governance meetings.

• Performs special projects and other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

• Bachelor’s or equivalent training

• At least three (3) years of Business Analyst experience. Must include experience working within a high performing reporting team

• One totwo (1-2)years of computer support experience, preferred.

• Knowledge of Monday.com orequivalent system ticketing platformpreferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong knowledge and experience withHealthcarereporting, Analytics, and Business reportingsoftware

• Ability to develop and/ormodifyand adapt systems, application configurations, and programs to meet individually specified needs.

• Good communicationand client-facing skills

• Ability to be flexible and effectively work with all levels of the organization

• HealthCare/RCM/Financial systems is a major plus

• Working in an Agile environment is a plus

• Candidates must have hands‑on experienceworking in softwareconfiguration,reportingand management

• Ability to interpret and evaluatebusinessneeds and to determineappropriate alternativesolutions.

• Effective oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to oversee multiple priorities.

Office Skills:

Compensation

• Base Compensation will be based on various factors unique to each candidate including geographic location, skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.

• This position is also eligible for a discretionary incentive bonus in accordance with company policies.
