Job description

We are seeking a hands‑on analyst to own retention analytics and the underlying technology stack, including CleverTap, Segment CDP, BigQuery, and MySQL. This role requires an individual who can independently build dashboards, conduct root‑cause analysis, take full ownership of outcomes, and contribute directly to internal tooling.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain retention dashboards covering performance and funnel metrics.
• Maintain documentation and ensure knowledge transfer of retention metrics across teams.

Automation & AI‑Enablement

• Identify manual, repetitive, or messy processes and rebuild them using AI‑driven workflows to enable the team.
• Apply AI tools thoughtfully and with judgment — understanding when and how to use them in context.
• Design and maintain clean, well‑structured data tables and layers that enable smooth, scalable data consumption across platforms.
• Build data foundations with reuse and cross‑platform consistency in mind, not one‑off tables for a single request.

Ownership

• Own data and outcomes end‑to‑end — success is measured by impact, not by the existence of a table or code.
• Proactively identify what needs to be built or fixed, rather than working strictly off requests.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in analytics with strong proficiency in SQL, and hands‑on experience in BigQuery and MySQL.
• Hands‑on experience with Python.
• Practical experience using, integrating, and debugging APIs.
• AI‑native — fluent in using AI tools to accelerate analysis and automation, with the judgment to apply them effectively.
