Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of experience with at least 2 years in OTC derivatives space.
• Proven track record in business analysis and requirement capture.
• Experience creating functional specs and user stories in JIRA.
• Hands-on with reconciliation processes and controls.
• Familiarity with compliance monitoring tools is a plus.

• Overall 6+ years of experience out of which at least 2 years in OTC derivatives spac
• Must have minimum 4 years of experience in Business Analyst role
• Must have the extensive knowledge of derivative
• Must have general Business Analyst skills, like capturing business requirements, creating functional specs, JIRA stories, preparing test scenarios and who has worked in reconciliation spac
• Good to have worked in compliance monitoring area (tools like Scila Risk, FIS KRT, Broadpeak
• Familiarity with AGILE methodologie
