Role Overview

This role is responsible for business requirement gathering, documentation, stakeholder coordination, UAT management, automation identification, strategic planning support, and ensuring end-to-end project delivery with time, cost, and quality alignment.

Key Result Areas & Responsibilities
  • Requirement Gathering & Documentation: Responsible for collecting business requirements across teams and preparing clear BRDs with defined scope, process flows, and necessary sign-offs.
  • Stakeholder Management & Solutioning: Acts as the bridge between business and technology teams to align needs, negotiate requirements, integrate partners, and recommend process or system improvements.
  • Strategy & Planning Support: Supports planning activities by helping prioritize projects, defining outcomes, and aligning operational and system changes with future organizational goals.
  • UAT Management: Manages complete UAT cycles by ensuring all scenarios are tested, test cases are prepared and validated, and timelines are adhered to.
  • Process Automation & Improvement: Identifies automation opportunities within existing processes and drives required system or process changes to streamline operations.
  • Project Delivery & Post-Production Validation: Ensures smooth go-live with minimal defects, performs thorough post-production checks, and measures project success based on time, quality, and cost.
