Job summary

With 8+ years in BA, consulting, and PMO, you will analyze current processes, design target operating models, and partner with senior stakeholders to steer large-scale programs.

You will map processes, develop capability views, perform gap analyses, and craft transformation recommendations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business analysis, consulting, transformation, PMO, process excellence, or strategy.
• Experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, Healthcare, or related domains preferred.
• Experience engaging senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Experience in workshop facilitation and executive deliverables.

• Conduct current-state assessments across processes, capabilities, operating models, and organizational structures.
• Develop process maps, capability views, gap analyses, and transformation recommendations.

• Should have 8+ years of Business Analysis, Consulting, Transformation, PMO, Process Excellence, or Strategy experience.
• Experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, Healthcare, Medical Affairs, R&D, Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance, or adjacent domains preferred.
• Strong experience supporting enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Experience engaging senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Prior experience in workshop facilitation and executive-level deliverable creation.
