We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong analytical skills and a passion for protecting our customers from abusive actors and unfair business practices.

A day in the life

As a Business Analyst, you will help develop analytic solutions to drive deep dives, provide insights into the health and state of operations, and measure business impact. You will transform data into actionable business insights and make it readily accessible to stakeholders worldwide. You will own the design, creation, and management of extremely large datasets, create reports, dashboards, metadata models, and monitor pipelines. You will interact with program and product owners, technical teams to gather requirements, structure scalable and performant data solutions, and gain deep understanding of key datasets. You will design, implement, and drive adoption of new analytic technologies and solutions, promote industry standards, tune query performance against large complex data sets, and translate analytical insights into concrete, actionable recommendations for business or product improvement.

• Relevant experience in data analytics working with large data sets and extracting and transforming data using various tools and technologies.
• Transform data into actionable business information and make it readily accessible to stakeholders worldwide.
• Use data to support ideas, drive actionable outcomes, and present data in an easy‑to‑consume format.
• Passionate about finding root causes, trends, and patterns and how they impact business.
• Draw inferences and conclusions, basics of modeling, and create dashboards and visualizations of processed data.
• Implement GenAI technologies to create efficient impact in analytics.
• Business and communication skills to work with product owners to understand key business questions and build reports that enable quick accurate answers.
• Comfortable juggling competing priorities and handling ambiguity.
• Thrive in an agile and fast‑paced environment on highly visible projects and initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience.
• 3+ years of business or financial analysis experience.
• Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights.
• Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics or a related technical or quantitative field.
• Experience in data mining, ETL, etc. and using databases in a business environment with large‑scale, complex datasets.
• Experience with data scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R, or equivalent) or statistical/mathematical software (e.g., R, SAS, Matlab, or equivalent).
• Experience with reporting and data visualization tools such as QuickSight / Tableau / Power BI or other BI packages.
• Experience in written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non‑technical leaders.
