Amazon’s Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) organization is expanding rapidly, and the Worldwide Ergonomics and Safety Experience (WESE) team is at the forefront of this growth. WESE’s mission is to create a safety experience that is responsive to employee needs and actionable for leaders.
Within WESE, the Insight and Analysis team plays a critical role by providing the analytical rigor, technical guidance, and operational insight needed to support programs from ideation through execution.
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented candidate to join this team. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with data, Ai tools, has foundational SQL and AWS configuration experience. Can also translate complex concepts into clear, concise insights for stakeholders. As a Business Analyst on our team, you will use data, automation skills, and AI to solve complex business problems and improve how our teams operate. You will partner with program managers and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable analytical and technical solutions. A key focus of the role is identifying repetitive or manual processes and building mechanisms to automate them. You will analyze data to uncover trends, identify root causes, and provide actionable insights that support better decision making. Success means creating solutions that reduce manual effort, improve visibility, and scale across teams.
