Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Business Analyst for Enterprise Programs to analyze and optimize operational processes across the organization. You will identify inefficiencies, gather data, and drive data-driven improvements to enable growth and efficiency.

The role requires strong analytical, change management, and project management skills, with a focus on risk-aware decision making and collaboration with stakeholders across functions. This is a full-time office-based position in India.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Commerce, Economics or Finance; MBAs or Analytics masters preferred.
• CBAP, CRP or related certifications are advantageous.
• Solid understanding of business processes and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing operational processes to identify inefficiencies and gaps.
• Develop and track process improvement strategies to optimize operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and requirements for improvements.
• Conduct performance and data analysis to measure impact and effectiveness.
• Prepare reports and presentations communicating findings to stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.
