• Configure Dynamics 365 F&O modules to support supply chain operations
• Perform business and system analysis, including process mapping and gap identification
• Prepare functional design documents, system specifications, and user documentation
• Coordinate with development teams to ensure accurate and timely solution delivery
• Design and support data migration strategies, including validation and reconciliation
