Job summary

AiDASH, a leader in PreventionFirst™ solutions for utilities, seeks a business analyst to join the customer success team. You will develop analytical models that help clients derive value and reduce operating costs across AiDash products/platforms.

Collaborate with clients and engagement managers to understand problems, translate them into structured AI-ready tasks, and synthesize findings into compelling presentations that demonstrate strategic recommendations and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in analytical/technical discipline from a top-tier institution or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of work experience in business analytics.
• Proficiency in Python/SQL/Excel is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with AI/ML models is preferable.

The Role

We are looking for a business analyst who will be part of the customer success team to develop and apply analytical models that help clients derive business value and save millions of dollars in operating expenses from AiDash products/platforms.

How you'll make an impact

• Work closely with our clients and engagement managers to understand the core business problems that need to be solved
• Independently work with the R&D team to break down the business problems into structured elements that AI can solve
• Apply advanced analytical techniques and data-driven insights to guide clients and internal teams in making informed, high-impact decisions
• Synthesise complex findings into clear, compelling presentations that highlight insights, strategic recommendations, and the business value of AiDASH products
• Continuously explore innovative approaches to problem-solving, driving efficiency and impact

What're we looking for

• Bachelor's in an analytical/technical discipline from a top-tier/tier-1 institution such as IIT, NIT, BITS, etc.
• 1-3 years of work experience in the business analytics domain
• Ability to work independently and deliver projects on time
• Proficiency in business analytics tools such as Python/SQL/Excel would be a plus
• Former experience working with AI/ML models is preferable.
• Strong communication skills.
