Roles & Responsibility
  • Engage with prospects and clients to understand their business needs and requirements.
  • Conduct requirement-gathering calls and demo sessions to gather detailed information.
  • Create detailed proposals and fit gap analyses to outline project scopes.
  • Prepare comprehensive business catalogues to document processes and requirements.
  • Work closely with the sales team to support pre‑sales activities.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth implementation and integration of solutions.
  • Knowledge of procurement, sales, manufacturing, trade & distribution processes to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, prospects, and internal teams.
  • Ensure all stakeholders are kept informed of project progress and developments.
Requirements
  • Understanding of industrial and distribution operations.
  • Understanding of procurement, sales, manufacturing, trade, and distribution processes.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in creating detailed documentation such as proposals, fit‑gap analyses, and business catalogues.
