  • Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Lead ongoing business process reviews and develop optimization strategies.
  • Stay updated with IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
  • Perform requirements analysis and document outcomes.
  • Communicate insights and plans effectively to cross-functional teams.
