Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their needs, conducting thorough research, and synthesizing information to propose effective business solutions that align with the organization's goals and objectives. You will also assess the current state of operations and identify opportunities for improvement, ensuring that the proposed future state meets customer requirements and enhances overall efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
