Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial domain (banking/cards/mortgage).
• Knowledge of SDLC, testing tools & techniques, defect tracking, and test case management tools.

Responsibilities

• Possess knowledge of Banking domain and experience in New Business Process implementations.
• Elicit, analyze and document requirements; communicate to stakeholders; identify the right solution and validate it against requirements.
• Document and maintain requirements as BRD/FRD/Use Case/System Specification; align with strategic principles.
• Prioritize User Stories during backlog refinement and prepare acceptance criteria.
• Solid knowledge of accounting and reporting in banking operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Communicating these requirements to the appropriate stakeholders, identifying the right solution and then validating the solution to find if the requirements meet the expected standards.- Experience in documenting business processes by identifying business requirements and functional requirements.- Document and maintain requirements in form of BRD/FRD/Use Case/System Specification in line with key strategic principles.- Prioritize User Stories during Product backlog refinement and prepare acceptance criteria.- Should have good knowledge of Accounting and Reporting in the desired domain operations of a bank.- Excellent in written and verbal communication.
