Job summary

Newgen, Hyderabad-based, seeks an Associate Business Analyst with 3–5 years in Retail Lending and Banking domains to support LOS, gather requirements, and drive solution design.

You will partner with product, development, QA, and customer stakeholders to support SIT/UAT, Go-Live, and post-production activities, preparing BRD/FRD and user stories.

Qualifications

• Strong Retail Lending domain knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS).
• Experience in requirement gathering, business analysis, and solution design.
• Good understanding of end-to-end lending lifecycle.
• Experience supporting implementation and production deployments.

Responsibilities

• Support Retail Lending product management and roadmap initiatives.
• Requirement Gathering, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Provide domain expertise to implementation and development teams.
• Track and manage functional helpdesk activities and SLA compliance.
• Conduct product gap analysis and accelerator fitment assessments.
• Coordinate with business, development, QA, and customer stakeholders.
• Support SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and post-production activities.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Participate in product enhancement discussions and feature validation.
• Perform functional testing and support user acceptance testing.
