Job summary

Job Description
  • Strong data analysis skills with a good understanding of financial concepts and terminology.
  • Experience in analysing and comparing actual billing against forecasts, identifying variances, and providing actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of accrual journal entries and the ability to perform impact analysis and variance assessments.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Understanding of the end-to-end vendor payment process, including invoice processing, approvals, payment execution, and reconciliations.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps for workflow automation and application development.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI for dashboard creation, data visualization, and business reporting.
  • Ability to generate management reports, perform trend analysis, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Must Have:

  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Lookups)
  • Candidates must have strong English communication skills (Verbal & Written)
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
  • Exposure to automation and digital transformation initiatives.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent.

Post-graduate, certification, and/or license may be required.

Typically, at least 5+ years relevant experience.
