Job summary

Capgemini in Bengaluru seeks a seasoned trade surveillance specialist to monitor and improve processes across asset classes, leveraging SMARTS and MAST, and coordinating with geographically distributed teams. You will contribute to data mapping, data flows, and risk-based surveillance in a global finance setting.

The role requires deep capital markets knowledge, lifecycle understanding of trades, and hands-on experience with Agile practices and AI-assisted documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with geographically distributed stakeholders and teams.
• Hands-on experience with trade surveillance processes and systems (SMARTS, MAST) and understanding of market abuse scenarios.
• Capital Markets domain knowledge across asset classes (FX, Rates, Commodities, Credit, Equities).
• Deep expertise in at least one asset class, with exposure to trade valuation and risk concepts.
• Very good understanding of the full Trade / Order / Quote lifecycle.
• Proven experience in documenting data flows, rule-based solutions, data linkage/mapping, and data migration.
• Experience working in Agile environments and using LLMs to support documentation activities.
